Kegged up the full batch of my first scottish ale this evening. It ended up at about 5.3% ABV, and while it still needs a few more weeks to age, it’s already tasting pretty good. Sweet, with just a little muddiness and bitterness that will hopefully fade over time. I’m saving this one for our Fall Open Tap coming up at the beginning of November.
