That cider is hoppin’

Note: This entry is part [part not set] of 3 in the Struck Rock Cider - July 2017 series

After deciding I’ve neglected it for long enough, tonight was a quick bit of maintenance on the hard cider, finally getting around to dry hopping as a final touch.

I used 1 oz of dried leaf hops (cascade) in a muslin sack with a stainless 3-pin disconnect to keep it submerged. No gravity reading or taste testing of it tonight. The ciders always seem to be very similar at this point.
